Let's talk about emergency preparedness. It's not the most glamorous topic, I'll admit, but trust me when I say it's a game-changer for calming your mind over this. This may stem from the fact that my husband studies earthquakes for a living, so needless to say - we’re constantly talking about “The BIG One” in our home. So it can really bring me peace to know that at bare minimum, if needed, we could get out of our home in 60 seconds and still grab all the essentials. From natural disasters to unexpected mishaps, having a plan in place can make all the difference when chaos strikes.
