s your service only for people moving or downsizing?
Not at all! While we’re experts in move management, we also love supporting busy families, overwhelmed professionals, and anyone craving more ease at home. Whether it’s a chaotic pantry or a catch-all spare room, we’re here to help.

What types of spaces do you organize?
Just about everything! Kitchens, closets, kids’ rooms, garages, home offices, under-sink mayhem—you name it, we’ve transformed it. No space is too small or too overwhelming.

Booking & Pricing

Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes! We start with a complimentary 20-minute phone consultation to get to know your needs, goals, and timeline. From there, we’ll recommend the best service package for your space.

How do I book a session?
Easy! Fill out the form on our Contact Page or email us at info@crescentliving.ca. Once we connect, we’ll send over everything you need to confirm your session and get started.

How much do your services cost?
Our rates vary depending on the size and scope of the project. We offer clear pricing packages so you always know what to expect—no surprises. You can view all current packages on our Pricing Page.

Services & Process

Do I need to be home during the session?
We ask that you're present for the first session so we can collaborate on your vision. After that, you're welcome to leave us to it! Many of our clients love coming home to a beautifully organized space they didn’t have to lift a finger for.

Do I need to clean up beforehand?
Nope! Please don’t stress or tidy—we want to see your space exactly as it is so we can create systems that work with your real life.

Will I have to throw everything away?
Never. You are always in control. Our job is to guide you through the editing process with care and without judgment. We only remove what you’re ready to let go of.

Do you bring organizing products?
We sure can! If needed, we’ll source products that work with your budget and style. Already have bins and baskets at home? We’re happy to make the most of what you already own.

Policies & Cancellations

What’s your cancellation policy?
We totally get that life happens. We just ask for 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your session. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee to help us compensate our team for reserved time.

Is my information kept confidential?
Always. Your home, your things, your story—it’s all private. Our work is built on trust and we take that seriously.
